1. Overview

TheField is a career-management tool that lets you create resumes, store certifications, and (on paid plans) track job applications and analyze job descriptions. By creating an account or using TheField, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use TheField.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use TheField to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt the service, or access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your content

You own the content you create (resumes, certifications, application data). You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service. You can delete your content or account at any time.

5. Paid plans

Pro is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Prices may change with notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Disclaimer

TheField is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee job outcomes or that resumes will pass any specific applicant-tracking system. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
